If an employee is removed under the medical surveillance requirements of a Cal/OSHA standard, record the case as either days:
Mark the "poisoning" column if the medical removal is the result of a chemical exposure. Do not record cases involving voluntary medical removal from employee exposures below the removal levels required by a Cal/OSHA standards. |
