14300.12 - Recording Criteria for Cases Involving Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders

Employers are required, until December 31, 2003, to record work-related injuries or illnesses involving:
  • muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments
  • joints, cartilage, spinal discs
  • using the same general requirements for any injury or illness

For entry "M" on the Cal/OSHA 300, mark either:

Steel Structures

  • injury, or
  • all other illnesses
