Partial Exemption to Recordkeeping RequirementsPartial Exemption - means that OSHA, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, or a state agency operating under the authority of OSHA, may specifically request in writing an otherwise exempt employer to record occupational injuries and illnesses. No employer is exempt from complying with such a request.
